Visual FoxPro

From the Wikipedia article, “was a Microsoft data-centric procedural programming language that subsequently became object-oriented.”

In truth, FoxPro was designed by Dr. Dave Fulton and Fox Software, based in Perrysburg, Ohio in the late 80s-early 90s. It was first ported to Windows and Macintosh in the early 90s.

As a developer tool, it was one of the first “4GLs” to be object-oriented in 1994.
