MindManager
MindManager from MindJet, bills itself as “The Visual Tool for Planning, Collaboration and Business Process Management” and it is.
I picked up this tool to help with a corporate planning exercise two years ago and its ease of use completely changed the way I planned for meetings as well as simply wrote down notes.
Instead of using Outlook’s Notes, I use it instead. Now, Microsoft came out with OneNote a while ago which works in a similar fashion but it doesn’t do the linking the way that MindManager does.
